Update your payment card

This article provides the steps to update your payment card which is charged to pay your monthly subscription fee.

Updating your payment card



The first step is to click the My Account option on your dashboard screen as shown below.

Once the My Account screen loads click on the Payment tab at the top of the screen as shown below:

The payment popup window will appear this will show the current payment card that is registered on your account.

To change the payment card simply click the Update Card button. You will then be asked to complete the secure Stripe form to securly add your new payment card details.

On entering the new card details on the above form and clicking update you will see the following confirmation screen.

In the event that the new payment card fails to be updated you will see an error screen similar to the one below which will details the reason why the new card entered failed.
